. It outlines the fair procedures for processing refunds related to applicable fees paid by customers for enrolling in various PEPP Learning (Operated by LABINC EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED) Courses
2. Validity
This policy is effective from 1st August 2023and remains valid until replaced or revoked by the relevant authority. Refund requests received on or after 1st August 2023 will be processed according to this policy.
3. Payment Terms
Upon course enrollment request, PEPP Learning will confirm or reject within 7 days. If confirmation is not provided within this period, any collected amounts will be refunded within 3-7 working days.
Course fees will be displayed before enrollment, and PEPP Learning may initiate a payment section upon receiving the enrollment request. System-generated invoices will be issued, inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
Course fees are payable upon enrollment confirmation, with a confirmation email or text sent to the student.
4. Course Withdrawal
Course withdrawal follows the established deadlines, as per PEPP Learning Board Policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
1.Within the first 7 Days from the commencement of the course: 100% Refund
2.Between 7and 30 Days from the commencement of the course: 50% Refund
3. After 30 Days from the commencement of the course: No Refund
Note: Refunds are not applicable to crash courses and courses lasting less than four months (once the course has commenced). Additionally, GST and other taxes are non-refundable for any refunded amount.
6. Mode of Refund (GST shall not refunded)
Refunds will be processed online within 3-7 working days of written/oral confirmation.
PEPP Learning is not responsible for incorrect refund details.

7. Important Terms & Conditions
Disciplinary action leading to termination does not warrant refunds.
Any other refund policy not applicable to PEPP Learning courses.
If the government or authority of an entrance/competitive examination cancels or changes the examination category, PEPP Learning will not refund the amount for the PEPP Learning Course related to that examination. Students can change or migrate to other PEPP Learning courses or still benefit from the knowledge of the affected course.
If PEPP Learning cancels any course before it starts, a 100% fee refund, including GST, will be provided to the students.
If PEPP Learning cancels or changes any courses after they start, a partial refund of the course fee will be issued..
8. Changes to this Policy
PEPP Learning reserves the right to modify/replace this policy without prior notice. Any conflict of interest in payment terms shall be initially mediated between the parties. Court settlement in case of conflict shall be under the Jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
